I established DBS Consulting LLC to meet the growing need for comprehensive guidance for developers and condominium boards.

In today’s changing market, it has become progressively more challenging to accurately evaluate proposed cost savings, design and construction proposals, contract terms, and project design details.

My four decades of experience has given me a unique set of skills to evaluate complex construction bids, contract terms, design details, and cost-saving recommendations (Value Engineering), to enable me to help clients make timely, well-informed decisions with confidence that they are selecting the right course of action.
