About
My career began in the field as a superintendent and progressed rapidly to senior executive leadership, providing a comprehensive, ground-up understanding of how high-rise buildings are designed, priced, and constructed. I have led the successful development and construction of commercial and urban multifamily projects in three key markets, Miami, Boston, and Tampa–St. Petersburg.
I have worked for large general contractors, where I oversaw preconstruction and provided operational leadership through completion of the project and spent seven years with a developer analyzing site acquisition, proforma analysis, design evaluations, predevelopment services, and overseeing project delivery.
I have the rare experience of overseeing the full lifecycle of a project, predevelopment, preconstruction and construction.

Approach
I provide executive oversight during predevelopment and preconstruction, when decisions have the greatest influence on cost and schedule. This includes value engineering to reduce construction costs, constructability reviews, and solutions for design deficiencies saving both cost and time before construction begins.
Once a project is underway, my focus shifts to protecting the client’s budget and schedule, challenging unsubstantiated or exorbitant priced change orders to ensure costs are justified and reduced, resolving design and constructability problems without cost or schedule impact, and monitoring the project’s progress to maintain predictability with expected quality through completion.
The value for my clients is clear: lower costs, fewer delays, fewer mistakes, with greater predictability. Developers and condominium associations engage my services for experienced, executive oversight that protects their investment.
Core Values
The following core values are the fundamental principles that guide my actions.
1. Integrity – Being honest, ethical, and transparent in all actions.
